We are an independent European auto specialist providing service and repair for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Land Rover, Jaguar, Porsche, Volkswagen, Volvo, and other European marques from our shop in Boca Raton, Florida. We have been family-run since 1993.

2. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. Prohibited uses include:

• Transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems
• Using automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site except as permitted by our robots.txt

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photos, icons, and software — is the property of Boca Autohaus Motors LLC or our licensors, and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. Service terms

The following terms apply when you engage us for services:

Appointments

• Service is by appointment. Call (561) 395-5566 or submit a quote request through the Site to schedule.
• We confirm all appointments before work begins.
• Routine service is typically completed within 1–3 business days; major work may take longer, with the timeline confirmed on the approved estimate.

Quotes and estimates

• Quotes are itemized and provided before any work begins.
• Multi-point inspections and full computer diagnostic scans are provided at no charge on every job.
• We will not perform work beyond the approved estimate without your explicit authorization.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued, subject to parts availability and pricing.

Cancellations and no-shows

• You may reschedule or cancel at any time before work begins at no charge.
• Vehicles dropped off without a scheduled appointment may be subject to a diagnostic fee before we inspect or quote.
• Vehicles not picked up within 7 days of service completion may be subject to storage fees after that period.

Parts and warranty

• We use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts or OEM-equivalent parts unless otherwise specified and approved on the estimate.
• Our service is backed by our 48-month / 48,000-mile parts-and-labor limited warranty, honored nationwide through the PAC Community. Full terms on the Warranty page.
• Manufacturer warranties on parts apply in addition to our workmanship warranty and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.
• The warranty excludes engine replacements, transmission replacements, head-gasket repairs, customer-provided parts, used parts (unless authorized in writing), and routine wear items. See the Warranty page for the full exclusion list and voiding conditions.

Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of service and before vehicle release unless other arrangements are made in writing.
• We accept cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and check.
• Past-due balances accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by Florida law.

Right of lien

Under Florida Statute 713.58 (motor vehicle liens), unpaid balances on completed service work may result in a lien on the vehicle. We will attempt to contact you at the address and phone number on file before exercising any lien rights.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability for any claim arising from service we provide is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
• We are not liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, loss of use of the vehicle, or inconvenience.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Florida law.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boca Autohaus Motors LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our services.

7. Disclaimers

• The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes of any service (e.g., vehicle performance, fuel economy, longevity) beyond what is explicitly covered by the workmanship warranty.

8. Third-party services

The Site integrates with or links to third-party services (e.g., Google Maps, Google Analytics, chat widgets, payment processors). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, both parties agree to attempt mediation in Palm Beach County, Florida, before pursuing litigation.

Any lawsuit must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site or engagement of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
