Coverage
All services performed by BOCA AUTOHAUS MOTORS are covered under a limited warranty for a period of 48 months or 48,000 miles, whichever occurs first. The warranty covers both parts and labor on qualifying repairs.
When coverage begins
Coverage begins on the time and date stated at the top of the invoice for the covered repair. Keep your invoice — it is the warranty document.
What's NOT covered
This warranty excludes:
- Engine replacements
- Transmission replacements
- Head-gasket repairs
- Customer-provided parts
- Used parts (unless expressly authorized in writing on a case-by-case basis)
- Routine maintenance and wear items — including but not limited to windshield wipers, air filters, cabin filters, fluids, and similar service items
How the warranty can be voided
The warranty may be voided if:
- Necessary repairs or scheduled maintenance are not performed
- Warning lights on the dashboard are ignored
- Routine maintenance — as outlined in the vehicle's manufacturer guidelines or service manual — is neglected
- Maintenance or repairs are performed by parties other than BOCA AUTOHAUS MOTORS during the coverage period, unless performed to manufacturer specification and documented
To maintain coverage, all maintenance and repairs must be performed by BOCA AUTOHAUS MOTORS in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Any failure to comply with these requirements may result in the nullification of the warranty.
Making a warranty claim
If you believe you have a warranty issue, call (561) 395-5566 or bring the vehicle to the shop. We keep a full digital service record for every car that passes through the bay, so claims are straightforward — we look up the original invoice and get you scheduled. No charge for the warranty inspection.

Boca Autohaus Motors is a member of the PAC Community — a nationwide warranty network backed by WorldPAC. That means the coverage on your Boca Autohaus repair is also honored at participating shops across the country. Useful if you travel, relocate, or need service on the road and can't make it back to Boca Raton.
